We understand that manual and electric loft ladders come with lots of moving parts which dont last forever and require maintenance,servicing or replaced . Through our years of experience we can now offer a video survey for FREE with one of our experts who can assess the installed ladder and give an honest idea of best solution to fix . The video service can be carried out by whatsapp or zoom meeting and is the quickest and cheapest solution to fixing your loft ladder.The other service that we are happy to offer is our call out to site service. For a minimum call out fee we can visit your property and try to solve the issue there and then if possible to do so.The main points to consider from our experience

1. Aluminum 2 or 3 section ladders that are out of warranty need upgraded to modern units in most cases ( we dont install this type ever )

2. Electric models not under warranty will require a site visit and possible delay of a number of weeks until new parts arrive

3. Electric loft ladders from most manufacturers and under warranty can be serviced by our selves 

4. Wooden 3 or 4 section ladders installed over 15 years a go most likely have reached the end of their life
